PMeter is a measuring ruler for Windows, that lets you configure and interchange between three different user profiles. For each one of these configurations you can establish both the width of the ruler and its colour individually, choosing if you want to add a magnifying glass to the ruler, and many more options.

PMeter also includes a colour selector for when you need to get data on any pixel on the screen, also informing you of the cursor coordinates at that moment. PMeter also has the advantage of being able to be installed both in your hard drive and also in a USB device.
